WPJA Q4 2013 Contest Result

by derrick

It’s a really busy season for me shooting a line up of weddings and pre-weddings. While I do feel tired sometime especially a Monday after shooting weddings over the weekend and needed that extra push, I am happy to receive some nice news from the last quarter WPJA 2013 contest. With 23,000 entries for this contest, I am happy to bag 2 humble awards. These are small bonus that really made my day and encourages me to  keep working on the craft of photography to create more meaningful images for my client.

Thank you all my amazing clients and friends out there for the constant support. : )

The rule of thirds is etched on this image of geometric shapes. It’s a delightful collision of light and color, form and function that frames the group of people who form the purpose of the image. Or…do they? Think of this photo without those people and it would still be an intriguingly wonderful image of liner shape and form.
